Pistol and Cartridges Found in Nawada Police Raid

Nawada Police had success among crime cases in the district. After the incident of robbery of two consecutive days, on Tuesday morning, Nawada Police got arms store.

On the basis of intelligence, the city police station raided the house of Vikas Kumar alias Kelu, located near Goddess Temple in Gonavam village of the police station area.

During this period, the police got ample amount of arms, cartridges, liquor and hemp.

Nagar police station in-charge Anjani Kumar told that in the action taken on the basis of intelligence, two native carbines, 3 native pistols, 9 live cartridges, 24 bottle of English liquor and 2 kg of ganja have been recovered from Vikas Kumar alias Kelu's house.

Kelu has already been jailed in the case of liquor.

No one has been arrested in this case. FIR lodged against Vikas Kumar alias Kelu in Nagar police station.
