Change of power will be possible only with the formation of a complete opposition with all the small and big voices rising against the power.

All groups, institutions, political parties and non-political organizations, which disagree with the policies of the ruling party, collectively call it opposition.

When the policies of the government seem to revolve around jumle betting, rhetoric and drama, instead of focusing on public concern, all the voices against the government are called the opposition.

This means that all the small voices against the power will undoubtedly be called opposition.

Chief Minister of Bihar is Nitish Kumar, whose government partners are BJP and LJP. That is, the JD (U), BJP and LJP joint governments are the ruling party and all the other opposition.

Political parties that have disagreed with the policies of the Bihar government include: RJD, Congress, RLSP, Hindustani Awam Morcha, Vikasshil Insaan Party, Bharatiya Sab Log Party, Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist) Liberation, Jan Adhikar Party ( Democratic), Communist Party of India (Marxist), MIM and BSP.

At the same time, a large number of social and non-political organizations are also raising voices of protest by hurting the policies of the government.

Apart from this, a dozen political parties will also be called opposition, which does not exist much but the said party is headed by former MLA or former MP.

Many young people have formed their own political party after seeing the neglect of the youth in political parties and they are blaming the question of ignoring the youth against the government. Such people will also be called opposition.

But despite such a large number of opposition and resentment against the power, the opposition seems weak.

The reason for this is that the opposition does not want to become a complete opposition by mixing all the small and big voices that raise against the government for one purpose.

The main opposition party RJD and Congress want to take each other along, but the RLSP and Hindustani Awam Morcha consider it better to stay away from them on the question of leadership or to keep aside. The statements of the RLSP and the Hindustani Awam Morcha misdirect the relationship between the unity and the opposition.

The Jan Adhikar Party (Loktantrik) is an emerging party that is constantly asserting its presence against the power, but periodically distances itself from the opposition camp by questioning the working style of the main opposition parties. Left parties like the Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist) and the Communist Party of India (Marxist), which have little influence in a particular area of ​​Bihar, are also worried about the sign of not getting proper participation in the opposition camp.

At the same time, the newly formed Bharatiya Sab Log Party by the former MP and former minister is showing the government's position on the issue of public concern by hurting the working style of the head of the present power, while he is adamant on the new option for the path of Ekla Chalo. But they can also have great utility in solidarity of the opposition.

On the other hand, the minority society is feeling cheated in the opposition unity and participation of political parties based on caste, fraternity and religion.

This group is also seeking its proper participation by joining its political parties in the opposition camp. Parties associated with the name of minority society in Bihar include MIM, Janata Dal Nationalist, Bharatiya Insan Party, Peace Party, INL, who are constantly criticizing the current government's anti-people policies.

In these, the situation of MIM is better, but the party which has been able to vote in the bulk of the minority society by showing fear of power (BJP), is not in favor of giving them participation by taking the support of religion, which has led to the separation of the minority class this time. A large part is being said to be angry with opposition parties seeking unity.

Along with this, the campaigners and supporters of the socialist-Ambedkarite ideology are also in the anti-incumbency camp with the intention of changing the alternative system.

There are also some people who have a good footprint in their community and especially the younger generation, and they are either jailed or are looking for a way of opposition unity and alternative system because of politics. Not only this, political parties named after the big political warriors of the country and the state are also part of the opposition. Who call the names of JP, Lohia, Chandrashekhar, Chaudhary Charan Singh, Ambedkar, Karpoori, George Fernandes, Lok Bandhu Raj Narayan, Ram Krishna Hegde and Deve Gowda as the founders of their party.

The BSP also has its own status. The BSP has influence in almost all the areas and has been consistently registering its presence against the power. At the same time, organizations like Bhim Army are also moving ahead in Bihar and expressing disagreement with the policies of the government.

In such a situation, all the people, groups, parties and organizations that are more or less strongly opposing the issue of power policies, working style, failures, neglect of public concern, corruption will be collectively called the opposition which is constantly trying to overthrow power. We are struggling for it whether it affects them or not.

It is very important to give all these voices against the power to form a complete opposition to change the power and present new options with a new resolve.

After seeing the situation of the migrant laborers of Bihar, many writers, litterateurs, farmer leaders and those responsible on the land for social consciousness believe that by communicating with all the above opposing voices and with the intention of everyone, cooperation and consensus Without taking the initiative to build a complete opposition on the basis of, anti-people policies of power equipped with resources can not be got rid of.

The present situation is that the alliance of two or three parties on the basis of manipulation and multiplication of the caste equation is hurting the thinking of the entire opposition and by disintegrating all the bugs which are blown against the power, like the third option. A crisis is being created that will give life to the ruling party again, due to which the failure of all opposition parties and good destiny is certain to be questioned. Due to which the loss in the upcoming assembly elections is certain.

In such a situation, to play the role of JP, an elderly leader is needed who can break free from the desire for power and create a complete opposition in which the framework of an alternative system is set by giving everyone a fair chance and participation.

If the entire opposition conveys with the expectations of the entire society and the model of all-round development of Bihar, then the change of power is certain, otherwise the entire opposition will not be shut down on the basis of the caste equation, its own duffle, its own raga, the path to the ruling party Would be like giving.

In the context of the entire opposition, it is necessary to state that all parties can be given a fair chance even without giving electoral participation. That is, parties, groups or organizations are not able to contest elections. Meaning that everyone who lacks money and workers can be fulfilled by making everyone a partner in government corporations, and the matter of fair opportunity. The condition is that everyone should have the change of power and present the public welfare option with unity of the entire opposition.
