In the Suiya police station area of Bihar's Banka district, gang rape with a minor girl student has come to light by three youths of the same village and viral on social media by making video of them.

In this case the police has arrested two accused.

According to the police, the victim of Antua village went on October 4 to feed a goat in a nearby forest.

It is alleged that during the same time three youths of the village forcibly raped the minor girl student. During this time the youths made a video of rape and got viral on the social site.

After this incident, an attempt was made to resolve the matter even in the village panchayat, but when the matter was not sorted out at the social level, the victim reached Suiya police station on Friday and complained about the matter.

The Suiya police station handed over the case to the Women Police Station. Women police station officer-in-charge Mani Kumari said on Saturday that an FIR has been lodged in the woman police station for rape and video making of the ninth class student, in which Pawan Yadav, Thakuri Yadav and Rohit Yadav of same village were made accused.

She said that the victim has been sent to Banka Sadar Hospital for medical examination. Two accused Pawan Yadav and Thakuri Yadav have been arrested. The raid is being conducted for the arrest of the another accused.

It is notable that only a few days ago, the case of viral video on social media came to light after four youths allegedly gang-raped with a minor girl in Bihar's Muzaffarpur district.

Senior Superintendent of Police Vivek Kumar had told that the police has started further action after registering an FIR in Katra police station.

The incident occurred in Nawada village of Katra police in the night in order to return to the relative's house from Dussehra Mela with a 14-year-old teenager girl. The accused youths, forcibly took the said teenager into a lonely place and gang raped her and made her video viral on social media.

It is a matter of thinking that gang rape with girl students in Bihar is happening in the good governance of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and BJP.
