Guidelines to conduct final year exams of the university by September

UGC Secretary in India Professor Rajneesh Jain said that due to corona crisis, it is not possible to conduct final year exams in July, so guidelines have been issued to hold these exams by 30 September.
He also said that if the final year exams are not conducted, then the validity of their degree will be questioned.
