Who are the world's biggest military spenders?
02 May 2018 ( IBTN News Bureau )Military spending worldwide is on the rise after going relatively unchanged for the last five years, according to the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute.
But Russia's bucking the trend with spending falling for the first time in almost ten years.
Long-time rival the United States continues to be the world's biggest spender - and is expected to fork out even more this year.
Al Jazeera's Mereana Hond has more.
