Twin ISIL suicide blasts kill 29 in central Kabul
30 Apr 2018 ( IBTN News Bureau )ISIL (also known as ISIS) has claimed responsibility for a double suicide attack in central Kabul, which killed least 29 people, and injured dozens more.
Nine journalists were among those killed, making it the worst day for media in Afghanistan since 2001.
Al Jazeera's Jennifer Glasse reports from Kabul.
