Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has said that the country will have to pay a heavy price for the 'cowardly stance' of the central government on the China case.
He tweeted on Saturday evening saying, "China has taken our land and the Indian government is acting like Chamberlin." This will give a further boost to China.
Chamberlin was the former Prime Minister of Britain who adopted an unsuccessful policy of appeasing Germany's Nazist government in 1930.
Rahul Gandhi has made this tweet in response to Defense Minister Rajnath Singh's statement in which he said, "The matter (India-China tension) should be resolved but to what extent it will be resolved, I cannot give any guarantee in this regard." But I want to assure you that no one power of the world can touch even an inch of India's land, it cannot occupy it. ''
Tension has been on the Indo-China border in Ladakh for the last two months and Rahul Gandhi is continuously attacking the BJP government over this.
