Stabilising Syria: UN chief appeals to Russia, Turkey
19 Jun 2019 ( IBTN News Bureau )Medical facilities in Syria's last major rebel stronghold are no longer sharing their coordinates with the United Nations for fear of being targeted by Russian-backed forces.
The UN secretary-general has appealed to Russia and Turkey to stabilise the situation in Idlib.
