US Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley said that religious independence is as important as the person's independence. On the first visit to India, Nikki said on the first day of her visit that she is eager to go to different religious places of the city tomorrow. Nikki said that opportunities exist at many levels between India-US relations, including counter-terrorism, and the purpose of her visit is to strengthen the partnership between the world's two oldest democracies. Regarding the strengthening of Indo-US relations, she said that both countries are the oldest democracies among which there are shared values of people, freedom and opportunities. American diplomat said, "In today's times, we see many reasons for coming together for India and America. I came here to strengthen our love for India, our faith in the friendship of America and America and our desire to strengthen this relationship again.

Praising the protection of Humayun's tomb, Haley said, "Humayun's Tomb reminds us of how much we care for culture and how much India carries on its culture.

In the day Nikki met the Nobel laureate Kailash Satyarthi and reiterated the American commitment to prevent child trafficking.

According to a statement issued by Satyarthi's office, Nikki met Satyarthi at the Mukti Ashram, where the children who were freed were kept. During this, she discussed issues related to children's rights, human rights and security.

Nikki can meet senior Indian leaders, officials, business veterans and students during her two-day visit.
