The charge sheet was filed against the three accused arrested in connection with the murder of Akbar alias Rakbar Khan. Ramgarh police station's police officer Chouthamal Jakhar told that the charge sheet has been filed in Alwar's court under section 302 (murder) of the Indian Penal Code. Dharmendra Yadav, Paramjit Singh and Naresh Kumar are among the three accused.

Explain that on the night of July 20, some people beat Rakbar Khan badly in the wake of the smuggling of cow in Alwar district. He later died in hospital.

The Rajasthan government had ordered a judicial inquiry into the matter. Rajasthan Home Minister had said that it is a case of death in the custody from the evidence. In this case an ASI was suspended, while three sepoys was presented in the line.

In the post-mortem report it was said that Rakbar Khan was killed due to injuries. National Human Rights Commission and Rajasthan State Human Rights Commission issued notice to the state government and sought the report.
