Tuesday, January 28, 2025
300,000 Palestinians have crossed into the north of Gaza.
Families are heading back to their neighbourhoods on foot along al-Rashid Road after being forcibly displaced by Israel's military.
The UN is warning the humanitarian situation in the north remains dire.
There is a shortage of food, water, and basic necessities after Israel destroyed most buildings and infrastructure.
People have been queueing for hours to get bread.
Al Jazeera’s Ibrahim al-Khalili reports from Gaza City, Palestine.
