Land, labor, liquidity and law have all been emphasized in this package to prove the resolve of a self-reliant India.

Modi said that these economic packages are for our cottage industries, home industries, our small-scale industries, our MSMEs, which are the means of livelihood of crores of people, which is the strong foundation of our resolve for self-reliant India.

Modi said that the magnificent buildings of self-sufficient India will stand on five pillars.

First Pillar, Economy: An economy that brought quantum jump, not incremental change.

Second Pillar, Infrastructure: An infrastructure that becomes the hallmark of modern India.

The third pillar, our system: a system that is based not on the technology of the twenty-first century but on the technology-driving systems that fulfill the dreams of the twenty-first century.

Fourth Pillar, Our Demography: Our Vibrant Demography is our strength in the world's largest democracy. Self-reliance is the source of our energy for India.

Fifth Pillar, Demand: The cycle of demand and supply chain in our economy, the power that needs to be harnessed to its full potential. To increase demand in the country, every stake holder of our supply chain needs to be empowered to fulfill the demand. We will strengthen our supply chain, our supply system, which smells of the soil of my country, smells of sweat of our workers.

Modi said that India turned disaster into opportunity.

Today's state of the world teaches us that its path is one, self-reliant India.
