Prior to the Gujarat elections Hardik Patel, the leader of Patidar Reservation Movement, has given great relief by the local court of Gujarat. A non-bailable warrant was issued against them in a matter of year 2015.

The supporters of Hardik Patel attacked on the office of BJP leader Rishikesh Patel in 2015, on this case, the court issued the warrant on Wednesday.

Patel's counsel had demanded exemption from the hearing of Hardik in court, which was rejected by the court.

Hardik had said on Wednesday night, "If the police want to arrest me, then I am ready to surrender."

Hardik had reached with his five associates in the court. Hardik did not appear on the second date, then the court issued non-bailable warrant. Hardik has to appear in a case of treason, even in Sessions Court, Ahmedabad.

On Tuesday, Patel said incorrectly the news of meeting with the Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi at a hotel in Ahmedabad on Monday and with this news, surprisingly, on the CCTV footage shown on news channels, how could a CCTV footage of a five star hotel be leaked?

Hardik tweeted, "I have not met Rahul Gandhi, but whenever I meet Rahul Gandhi, I will meet with the announcement in front of the whole nation." I will meet him during his next visit to Gujarat. Long live Mother India !''

Hardik had earlier met Congress Party General Secretary Ashok Gehlot in Gujarat. They attacked the leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party who called them the agent of Congress.

In another tweet, he said, "Those who say that I am the agent of Congress, they are actually the agents of BJP. What BJP leaders say, I do not pay attention to this."

Hardik Patel, who led the Patidar Reservation movement in Gujarat in 2015, expressed surprise and said that how can the Gujarat Police or the State Government demand CCTV footage of Umaid Hotel?

Hardik and Rahul Gandhi were staying in the same hotel on Monday and the concepts of secret meeting of both were being implemented.
