Ethiopia-Eritrea peace: Leaders sign end to 'state of war'
10 Jul 2018 ( IBTN News Bureau )The head of the United Nations has praised a peace deal to end a 20-year standoff between Ethiopia and Eritrea.
Antonio Guterres pledged UN support for the pact.
And he's signalled the possibility that long-term UN sanctions against Eritrea could be lifted.
