China Launches Bulldozer on Indian Army Bunker, Raises Stress on Border with Sikkim

China has run a bulldozer on a bunker of Indian Army. News Agency PTI quoted official sources as saying that China had asked a military bunker to be removed at the junction of India, China and Bhutan. If India refuses, then China has forcibly demolished the bunker.

This incident happened in the first week of June in the Doca La General area of Sikkim, after which the tensions on India-China border have increased.

On the border with Sikkim, India is making many new bunkers and repairing old bunkers, the drill did not ness to China.

Between India and China, there is a border of 3,488 kilometres from Jammu and Kashmir to Arunachal Pradesh. In which from 220 Kilometres comes in Sikkim.

Beijing has already expressed displeasure over the Arunachal tour of Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama in the past days.

According to PTI, Chinese soldiers are trying to increase the tension in the forward areas except Sikkim, while demarcation has taken place. Sikkim Government has sent a report to the Central Government and informed about the situation born after the incident of Doca La.

Due to the ongoing tensions between India and China, about 50 pilgrims returned from Nathu La Border who had on Kailash Mansarovar's pilgrimage. After waiting for three days to get permission from China on Nathu La, pilgrims returned to Gangtok on June 23.

On the other hand, Bhutan has issued a dimarash to the Chinese ambassador and said that he will restore the situation in the region of Dokalam, where Chinese soldiers are building the road on their own will.

China has accused Indian soldiers of violating their limits and asked them to return.

Lu said, "The pilgrimage was stopped as an emergency response to the situation there. I want to say that the atmosphere and circumstances are needed to start pilgrimage."

He said, "Therefore, its entire accountability is from the Indian side and when it will start again, it depends on whether the Indian side improves its mistake or not."
