A big health scam in Bihar is going on for years, in which names of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Health Minister Mangal Pandey are coming up.

A doctor has alleged that in Bihar, from Chief Minister Nitish Kumar to Health Minister Mangal Pandey reaches Rupee (Money). The doctor, who is posted at the health center of Bhagawanpur block of Begusarai, has made big allegations on the system. The disclosure of the doctor's talk to the head of the block on the phone came in the audio.
