The bomb blast occurred in a wedding ceremony in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan.
63 people have died in this attack while more than 180 people have been injured. An eyewitness told the BBC that a suicide bomber blew himself up with explosives in a packed reception hall.
The attack has been carried out in the Shia dominated areas of the city. The attack took place at around 10.40 pm local time.
So far no organization has claimed responsibility for this attack, but the Taliban say that it has nothing to do with this attack.

There have been several major suicide attacks in Afghanistan in recent times.
In the same month, fourteen people were killed in a truck bomb attack targeting a police outpost on the outskirts of Kabul. More than 150 people were also injured in this attack.
The Taliban claimed responsibility for that attack.
Apart from this, on Friday, August 16, Taliban leader Hibatullah Akhundzada's brother also died in a bomb blast. No group has claimed responsibility yet.
An official of the Afghan intelligence department told the BBC that Hibatullah was going to offer prayers in the mosque where the blast took place, and that he was likely the target of the bombers.
While talks between Taliban and America are on to end the war in Afghanistan. On the other hand, such big attacks are happening, due to which the tension remains.
At the same time, according to reports, the US and the Taliban may also announce a peace deal soon.
The Afghan home minister confirmed the death toll just hours after the bombings. It can be clearly seen in the pictures of this incident on social media that the corpses are scattered around in a big hall.
Hundreds of people usually gather in weddings in Afghanistan. Where men usually live separately from women and children.
Mohammed Farhag, who attended the wedding ceremony, told that when the explosion occurred, they were on the side where the group of women was standing. He says, "The explosion was very fast ... so fast that we all ran towards the outside on hearing it."
He says, "After about 20 minutes, the entire hall was filled with smoke. Either the men were dead or injured in the part of the men. The corpses were so much that they were taken out after two hours."
A Taliban spokesman said the organization strongly condemned the attack.
The Taliban and US representatives are holding peace talks in Qatar's capital, Doha, and both sides say the peace talks are progressing.
At the same time, on Friday, US President Donald Trump also tweeted a message and hoped that a compromise would be reached between the two sides.
He tweeted, "A very good conversation on Afghanistan has just been completed. We are close to reaching an agreement, if possible, apart from all the opposite aspects of this 19-year war."
